Live Edge Maple Office Desk

A Maple office or writing desk with a live edge and metal frame legs. This is a hand made item for sale. The live edge slab is 20-22"W and 2" thick with a length of 48" making this piece really stand out. We have finished this with Pure Rubio which gives the Maple Heart wood and sap wood such an amazing natural contrast with the added silver metallic and blue ghost pearl epoxy in the middle.

*All of our wood is sourced right here in Clarkston, MI on our own preserve. This desk (live edge slab) is what we call "Urban Logged" meaning the tree was cut down for a purpose. It is not antique or reclaimed. It is not from a commercial logging operation where a clear cut of a forest was done. It is a local family operation and a much more responsible harvesting practice.
